Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Powerland account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
